Week 15 Learning Challenge: Happiness Challenge

 Happiness Challenge

A plan I want to implement to continue my happiness:

Wake up before 10 every day

Talk with my friends every day and see how they are doing

Workout 5 out of the 7 days

Spend 30 minutes before I go to bed every night in thought and meditation

Eat according to my diet plan

Do some extra curricular activities such as play some basketball or soccer every day for an hour
