Week #14: Lab Microfiction

 Microfiction:

I have actually never written microfiction before but it is very interesting to see how people are able to condense a story so much into such a small amount of words. Writing you whole life story in just six words really caught my eye. That seems very difficult because everyone's lives are so full of stories so attempting to minimize your whole life into just six words seems impossible. Also, the 25 word stories also seem very difficult to condense an entire story into just 25 words. I would definitely hope to make some of these stories and try and explain my life story in just six words because that seems like a very fun challenge to take on.

 My major is Health and Exercise Science and my favorite thing about it is that my major can lead to so many different jobs and routes. The best class I took last semester was Human Anatomy. This was a very intense course but was very interesting as I got to examine cadavers and see all the body parts that are on and in us. One big accomplishment that I attained last semester was attaining very good grades last semester. Some of my favorite movies include Good Will Hunting, The Big Short, and The Accountant. Week #3 Story: Ramayana

  Ravana BREAKING NEWS Reporter: This just in, we have inside information from someone who has been overseeing the past events that have lead to a lot of destruction over the years. I have word that we will be able to hear from the god himself, Brahma. Brahma, what started all of this ruckus? Brahma: It all started when a boy called Ravana was born. When he grew up, he petitioned to me to be invincible. I agreed to give him immortal nectar except to humans. Ravana then grew up and met a person named Shiva who he found interest in and became a follower. Ravana had a son with Mandodari and named him Meghanada. This is when things began to get a little unpleasant. Reporter: What happened after Ravana had the new son to make things worse? Brahma: The son made himself invisible in one of his battles and captured Indra, king of the Devas. I ordered him to let the king go in exchange for a granted wish.
